How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order number for a real-time update.

Do you offer bulk / wholesale pricing?

Yes! WhatsApp us with the product name and quantity you need. We offer special rates for bulk orders across all 35+ categories. No minimum order requirement.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please record a video while opening the parcel. Share it with us on WhatsApp or email and we'll resolve it quickly. We don't offer general returns, but damaged items are always our priority.

How fast will you reply?

WhatsApp messages are typically answered within a few hours during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10AM–7PM). Emails may take up to 24 hours.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, reach out to us immediately on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate the change.

Do you offer dropshipping support?

Absolutely. We dispatch directly to your customers — no inventory needed on your end. WhatsApp us to set up a dropshipping arrangement.
